About the Role
This role sits within the Global Partnerships team, a key driver of System1’s global strategy and growth. You will support the VP of Global Partnerships and Chief Growth Officer in managing and expanding strategic partnerships, with a focus on Europe and a global remit. You will manage and grow existing partnerships, delivering high-impact projects including measurement trials and marketing effectiveness thought leadership.
What will you be doing?
- Manage and grow strategic partnerships with global media owners, agencies and industry bodies.
- Deliver clear, high-impact partnership outputs including measurement trials and thought leadership.
- Create globally relevant marketing effectiveness thought leadership with partners.
- Work with the Chief Growth Officer and Orlando Wood and VP to develop new creative intellectual property (ie left/right brain creativity, compound creativity, etc)
- Ensure all outputs contribute to scaling System1’s proposition and product.
- Accountable for ensuring partnership outputs contribute to measurable commercial impact.
- Collaborate with Research & Guidance, Marketing Science, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Support commercial teams by translating partnership outputs into tools that drive revenue.
- Develop as an external voice for System1, with opportunities to grow into a recognised industry expert.

You need to have the following experience
- ~4+ years’ experience in marketing, strategy or research roles.
- Experience in strategy, planning and marketing effectiveness.
- Strong ability to turn data into insight and narrative.
- Experience presenting to clients or stakeholders.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and AI Excel plugins.
